    Acid Neutralizing Cleaner
    Active Elements – Neutralize
is a concentrated, non-suds, pH balancing solution to be used following the application of Active Elements – Concrete Acid Stain or Active Elements – Surface Etch. It effectively increases the pH level of the concrete surface to insure stain and sealer performance.
    Dilution Ratios
In a 5 gallon bucket mix 8 ounces of Active Elements – Neutralize in 5 gallons of clean water. OR Using a hose end chemical applicator (commonly used for fertilizer application on lawns) set the mixing dial to 1.5 ounces per gallon.
    Application
Apply the diluted solution to the concrete and spread evenly with a stiff bristle broom. Rinse thoroughly with clean water then begin the next cleaning process.
If used after Active Elements – Surface Etch:
    • Interior floor preparation requires the use of a floor machine (buffer) with a black pad, sanding screen or coatings removal pad.
    • Exterior concrete preparation requires the use of a pressure washer.
If used after Active Elements – Concrete Acid Stain application:
