    This is a rare programme (playbill) from the Original West End production of the JULE STYNE and SAMMY CAHN musical comedy "HIGH BUTTON SHOES" at the Hippodrome Theatre in London. (The Original Broadway production opened October 9th, 1947 at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in New York City and ran for 727 performances. The London production opened December 22nd, 1948 and ran for 291 performances.) .....
