Packaging and Handling
All items are custom packaged to ensure proper safety of unit(s). Items above 80lbs require custom shipping cartons for protection. Customers responsible for additional freight charges.
Shipping
Domestic shipments over 70 lbs are processed via freight service, freight and handling fees apply. Contact us for additional freight charges.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipments:
We ship worldwide from Illinois, USA using UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or Truck Freight when needed. Call to use a shipping service other than the ones listed.
Any international shipments will be charged to the customer. Customer responsible for freight charges on custom shipping cartons if applicable.
International Customers are responsible for all Customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and other fees applied by their respective countries.
Standard order processing is 1-3 days regardless of shipping method chosen. Rush and off-hours service available for an additional fee, call or e-mail for information.
