    This is a rare October 5th, 1935 program (playbill) from the one-night, Post-Broadway engagement of the JOHN MURRAY ANDERSON musical revue "THUMBS UP!" at the Majestic Theatre in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. (The production opened December 27th, 1934 at Eddie Dowling's St. James Theatre in New York City and ran for 156 performances before going on the road.) ..... DETAILS: The oversized four page playbill measures 6" X 11" inches, is printed on a light brown newsprint stock and includes full production credits, cast list, scenes and musical numbers, but no cast photos or bios ..... CONDITION: With the exception of minor edge wear at the bottom and light creasing at the top, this rare playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
