First In Finishing was formed in 2009 by Monte McClung after a 20 year career at Gema as a Field Service Engineer for 4 years and Product Design Engineer for 16 Years.  Monte has extensive knowledge with all Gema product from the current technology offered to equipment over 30 years old including equipment operation, repair and training.

- Gun Kits have been Completely Refurbished entailing the following process's:
- Complete disassembly of each gun including powder tube and connector
- Angle Mount/Support Bracket with connection points has been removed, cleaned and painted
- All flat spray nozzles and electrode holder have been removed and discarded for new parts
- Rinsing assemblies have been discarded for new assemblies
- Gun Cable has been cleaned and fully tested for continuity and connections
- Gun cascade has been load tested for more than 8 continuous hours to ensure full output of high voltage cascade
