Application rate
• Theoretical: 576 sq. feet/gal at 1.0 mil dry
• Recommended: 2 – 4 mils dry(50-100 microns)or6 – 11 mils wet(150 – 275 microns).
Actual coverage may vary depending on the substrate and the application method.
Drying schedule (per coat)
• Touch Dry: 1 hour
• Re-coat Time: 4 hours minimum.
Drying time is influenced by temperature, humidity, film thickness & ventilation.
Storage and сleaning
• Shelf life: 12 months @ 77F (25C) Unopened.
• Flash point: 200 F (> 93 C)

• Tinting: Can be tinted with appropriate approved tinters. Consult manufacturer for specific colors.
Tinting can affect performance & drying.
Directions for use
Mix thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Spray is preferred for maximum protection. Spray using 0.015” tip and adjust pressure to 1500 psi. Brush and roller may require two coats to achieve proper hide and coverage.
Do not apply below 50F (10C) or above 110 F (43C) based on air or surface. Ensure that application is at least 5F (2.8C) above dew point.
Delivery, storage and handling
Package materials shall be at the appropriate labels seals and Guardian label for fire resistive rating and shall be stored at temperatures between 50F (10C) and 100F (40C) in a dry interior location away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
Project/site conditions
The minimum substrate and ambient temperature of 40F (5C) shall be maintained prior to, during, and a minimum of 72 hours after application.
Relative humidity shall not exceed 80% throughout the total period of application and drying for the protective coating.
