Vintage Smith Glass NOS Quintec White/Clear Carnival Glass Handled Basket 1950's

Description

This beautiful white carnival glass basket in the Quintec pattern is 8" tall and 7" wide at the widest point. The iridescent colors are absolutely stunning.
Smith Glass acquired this pattern in the 1950's and continued production through the 1980's. The pattern includes the stars and panel design. The basket has a very nice applied glass handle.
The bottom of the basket has a Capitol S which is the mark for Smith Glass.
Still in the original box I purchased this from an estate. I was told it was only removed from the box to look at, as it was a gift, put back in the box and never used.
