    Description
    Protect your roof with Lanco's White-Seal elastomeric roof sealer. This 1-component, rubberized formula reflects the sun's rays and reduces inside temperatures to lower your energy costs. When applied as directed it creates a weatherproof, waterproof seal that won't crack, crumble or peel regardless of weather exposure or total joint movement. Use this sealer for waterproofing and protecting a wide assortment of approved roofing systems and/or substrates that are structurally sound such as conventional bituminous built-up roofs, concrete, metal, aged galvanized metal, bonded tar and gravel and asphalt shingles. Do not use on rubber roofs (EPDM) or polyurethane foam.
