This is a rare program (playbill) from the West Coast Premiere engagement
of the WILLIAM FINN musical "IN TROUSERS" at the Callboard Theatre in West Hollywood, California. (The Original Off-Broadway production opened February 21st, 1979 at Playwrights Horizons and ran for 24 performances. The West Hollywood engagement opened in September 1984. An Off-Broadway revival would open March 26th, 1985
at the Promenade Theatre in New York City
and close after only sixteen performances.) .....

DETAILS: The 10 panel, bi-fold playbill measures 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" inches and includes full production credits, cast list, musical numbers, director's note and bios of each of the actors and members of the creative team, but no cast photos. The program opens to reveal an 11" X 17" inch poster promoting the show ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light creasing, this rare playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
