    This is epoxy based zinc rich primer that used as for  metal parts protection from chemicals, weather and humidity and provide long term corrosion protection.
    Zinc rich epoxy anticorrosive primer, based on special epoxy resins and hardeners. It
    contains high amount of zinc particles, especially selected for their purity, size, and shape, in order to provide
    maximum anticorrosive protection.
    !APPLICATION!
    Start by spraying the difficult parts where corrosion is possible to begin, like angles, welds, corners. Continue to spray the rest of the piece, and finish with a total respraying, to obtain an even film thickness and good edge coverage. In this way, all areas that are prone to corrosion will be better protected. Pretreated parts must not be stored more than 16 hours. As a rule they should be coated immediately after the pretreatment.
    !CURING!
    For optimum intercoat adhesion, it is recommended to partially cure primer (170C for 3-5 min) prior to application of the top coat.
    Acceptable over curing with top coat: Curing time plus 20 minutes, for all temperatures. Top coating: Apply the top coat as soon as possible. Fully cure the whole system according to the Curing Schedule of the top coat.
    !ATTENTION!
    The partially cured film is sensitive to any mechanical damage. Do not store the coated items in hot places, they could stick to each other. During the period between the two coats, the primed parts must be protected from dust, and all kind of contamination. Our suggestion is, to keep the time between the two steps as short as possible.
    Cure schedule: 170C for 6 min
